Do you
have in-stock items for sale? Yes - we have a selection of exotic leather products which you may purchase from

What if you don't have my size in your online store - or if I want
a different color, etc - How do I place a custom order? Please call us! Tellephone: 954-873-1957. We might just have what you are looking for! Our
online store has a selection of our in-stock items, but we have much more in stock than we have the time to list. If the
item that you want needs to be custom ordered, the best way is a telephone call.
Is a deposit required for special orders? Yes - You will be asked for a 50% deposit for all
special custom orders before the work can begin. Custom order deposits are non-refundable. The balance
is due when the item is finished and before it is shipped to you. Can you copy something that I have or have seen? Yes, but it will not really be an exact
copy. You will need to send us the actual wallet, purse, etc - or at least e-mail a few good pictures.
We will make a similar item, probably with a few improvements & differences. It will, no doubt, be better
than the one you have us copy!
What is your standard production
time from the time you receive my order? The time required to complete your custom project depends upon the
month of the year & the product. The summer is a slow time and so your item will be finished faster - possibly in
2 weeks. October through December is a very busy time. If you need something to finished in time for Christmas,
please allow at least one month - possibly longer. Boat shoes take the longest, as we are already backordered.
Generally speaking - the smaller the item, the faster your order will be ready.
What if I need something finished faster? Please remember, all of our items are all handcrafted
- this is not a supermarket! There will be an additional charge for being placed ahead of
other customers. Our best advice - don't wait until it is too late - because then it may
very well be just too late!
How do you ship?
We ship by USPS or FedEx. In-stock items ordered from our online store ship by USPS Priority Mail within
24 hours and take 2 to 3 days to arrive at your house. If you wish to have overnight shipping, please call us instead
of ordering online for FedEx overnight shipping.
What is the
best way to contact you? If you have any questions about any of our products or about special orders, please
call. You may also e-mail - but we are usually too busy to monitor the computer, and we just answer e-mails once a day.
If you really need a fast answer, please call. 9:00AM EST - 9:00PM EST Monday - Friday, & 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
EST on Saturdays - Telephone: 954-873-1957. If the line is busy, please leave a message. We will return
your call that day, or the next morning.
What is your refund
policy? We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We will be glad to answer your questions BEFORE you
buy anything online or over the telephone. Please be aware that colors may appear differently from one computer monitor
to another. We will be glad to send a swatch of a color to make sure that you are getting the color that you want.
Our website pictures are large so that our customers can really see what the item looks like. We will be glad to e-mail
additional pictures to you. If you are not happy with your item, please call us first before shipping anything back.
Items must be returned within 7 days. Returned items may not have been worn or
used. If the item is returned to us AS NEW -
not worn, used, or damaged in any way - we will provide you a refund of the full purchase price (not the shipping).
We reserve the right to refuse to refund any item that is not returned to us AS NEW.
PLEASE NOTE:
There are NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS made specifically for a customer. Also, there are NO REFUNDS ON BELTS.

Due to US Fish & Wildlife rules, custom fees, & higher shipping fees, etc.

(Alligator Mississippiensis) are not endangered. Alligators were completely removed from the threatened list in 1987. The
alligator is one of a handful of animals that has recovered from endangered status. | • | Alligator
